The poster will describe our efforts to develop and assess a one-tablet model of instruction that has been implemented in university and high school science courses.  The one-tablet model is a fundamentally different way to deliver content and engage students inside and outside the classroom.  Our goal with this approach is to provide a cost-effective model for improving the process and product of the lecture format.  Current data points to the educational value of this model in a broad range of science courses.
